As long as the server is configured to do so you can share other applications as well. For example, The Sun Wonderland Node is configured to share a spreadsheet application:
You can open the spreadsheet as follows:
MENU: Shared Apps > Conference Room > Open Office (Spread Sheet)
Again, give a minute for the application to load. You may have to look around the room to find the application window when it does!
